A Whole New You: Book #Review {and #Giveaway} CLOSED

Snuggling up in a chair with a blanket, a good book and a glass of ice water was one of my favorite activities.  I used to LOVE reading.  But then my husband, kids, church and blog became my focus and reading just kind of fell out of my routine.  Sure, I’ve purchased plenty of books with the intention of reading them but I only get about half way through and then I forget to finish the book.  (Seriously, the last book I read cover to cover was a year ago!)  I was sent a copy of ‘A Whole New You’ and was skeptical that I would get through more than half.  I did it, though!

‘A Whole New You: Six Steps to Ignite Change for Your Best Life’ is an easy read.  It’s a book that will get you thinking about and making changes you could/should make in your life.  Part I is about preparation – how and why we reinvent ourselves and what the experts say.  Part II is about the path to reinvention.  The author recommends reading part two of the book and then going back to do the actual work.  There are a lot of activities and worksheets.

Part II has six stages – Identify the Need, Discover Yourself, Design Your Vision, Create the Plan, Make it Happen and Monitor Your Progress.

Admittedly, I have only read the book.  I have not gone back to start the activities in Part II.  But I WILL!
