Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe {by Janine}

Ingredients

  • 1 - 12.5 ounce cans of chicken
  • 1 - 15 ounce can of Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 - 8 ounce bags of Fiesta Mix Cheese
  • 1 package 10 Corn Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Drain the canned chicken and mix with enchilada sauce.
  3. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer tortillas, chicken & sauce mixture and cheese.
  4. Bake 40-60 minutes or until the casserole bubbles.
  5. Let cool 2-5 minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
