Deep Dish Cheddar Apple Snickerdoodles #Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tillamook salted Butter
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. cream of tarter
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups Tillamook shredded medium cheddar
  • 1 apple - cut into tiny cubes I used Gala
  • Cinnamon Shaker

Instructions

  1. Blend butter, sugar, vanilla & eggs.
  2. Add in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Mix.
  3. Combine cheese and apple cubes in the batter.
  4. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes.
  5. Spray your cupcake/muffin pan. Add cookie dough (about 2/3 full) and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on each one.
  6. Bake at 350* for 18-24 minutes.
