Ingredients

8.5 ounce box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1
8 ounce container sour cream
1
15 ounce can creamed corn
1
15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained,

eggs
1
stick butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
Put one stick of butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Place in the oven until the butter is (mostly) melted.
Dump all the other ingredients on top of the (mostly) melted butter, adding the eggs last.
Stir until everything is incorporated and smooth.
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes.
Let cool.
Serve & enjoy!
