Quaker Popped Chicken: a Gluten-Free Dinner #GFWalmart

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 bag Quaker Popped smashed
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Pour smashed Quaker Popped into a bowl.
  4. Remove chicken from package, rinse and pat dry.
  5. Spread GF mayo evenly over each piece of chicken.
  6. Push each mayo-covered chicken into the bowl of Quaker Popped until all sides are covered.
  7. Place the chicken on the foil-covered baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-35 minutes.
