Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops - thick cut & boneless
  • 2 cartons of Cambell's Creamy Herb & Garlic with Chicken Stock
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Empty one carton of Cambell's Creamy Herb & Garlic with Chicken Stock in your slow cooker.
  2. While the oil heats in a skillet, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground mustard.
  3. Dredge pork chops in the flour mixture and sear both sides.
  4. Place pork chops on the soup.
  5. After all the seared pork chops are in the slow cooker, cover them with the other carton of Cambell's Creamy Herb & Garlic with Chicken Stock.
  6. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
