Chocolate Cupcakes #CelebrationCandyBuffet [AD]

Ingredients

  • Cupcakes:
  • 1 box Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1 small package Jell-O Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Frosting:
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Pudding Powder
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cupcakes:
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  5. Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Frosting:
  7. Combine all ingredients and mix until stiff peaks form.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
