Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package elbow noodles
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • crumbled blue cheese optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the directions on the package.
  2. After the noodles cook, add the milk, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, paprika, garlic powder salt and pepper.
  3. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Put the pasta mixture, cheese and chicken in a Baker's Secret Bake & Serve dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and crumbled blue cheese.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
