1pkg.16 oz cottage cheese (I use 4% milk fat, large curd)
1pkg8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1jar16 oz Ragú Alfredo (any variety)
16-20oz.water - until all the noodles are barely covered.I reuse the Ragú jar instead of measuring.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
Dump all ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish. (I mix everything but the water together. Then I add the water to make sure I haven't used too much.)
Mix until everything is well combined.
Cover with foil and put in the oven.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
Serve and ENJOY!
Recipe Notes
*You could roast veggies and throw them into the dish before baking.
*You could also throw in some chicken.
*Elbow noodles cook a little faster than Rotini noodles so I would check them before you serve.
