Brown the hamburger meat with the onions, bell peppers, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

While you are browning the beef, cook the elbow noodles according to the package.

After you drain the grease from the beef mixture, add in the sliced carrots, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer 5-10 minutes.

When the noodles are done, drain them.

Mix everything together (I do this in my noodle pot).

Serve with a little shredded cheese on top.

*NOTE: You could add more than 1/2 a cup diced tomatoes if you wanted.
