One Pot Pasta {#Recipe}

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 1/4 or less teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4-6 basil leaves
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 4 1/2 cups water or chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Except for the Parmesan cheese, throw all ingredients in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil & stir frequently until the liquid is almost gone.
  3. Dish it up and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. ENJOY!
