Kids in the Kitchen: Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 bag 16 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of soup or you can use my recipe and make it from scratch
  • 8 oz bag cheddar cheese I used Monterrey Jack and it was AMAZING!
  • Seasoning to taste - salt pepper, onion powder and Mrs. Dash

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat & drain.
  2. (If you are going to make your cream of soup - now's the time!)
  3. In a 9x13 baking dish, mix together hamburger, tater tots, cream of soup and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
  5. ENJOY!
