Cook chicken in balsamic vinegar - cut into thin strips.

Slice red peppers into very thin strips and cut olives in half.

Flatten Grands into circles (about 4-6 inches in diameter)

To assemble: Spread a thin layer of pesto on the center of the biscuit. Place chicken on the pesto. Put mozzarella slices on the chicken. Add a small amount of pesto in the center on the mozzarella. Arrange peppers in a 'vein-y' manner on the mozzarella. Place half an olive in the center of the pesto.

Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes.
