Chicken Pesto Pizza Eyeballs #Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury's Grands biscuits
  • Pesto sauce
  • Fresh mozzarella you could substitute shredded
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Black olives
  • Roasted red peppers

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken in balsamic vinegar - cut into thin strips.
  2. Slice red peppers into very thin strips and cut olives in half.
  3. Flatten Grands into circles (about 4-6 inches in diameter)
  4. To assemble: Spread a thin layer of pesto on the center of the biscuit. Place chicken on the pesto. Put mozzarella slices on the chicken. Add a small amount of pesto in the center on the mozzarella. Arrange peppers in a 'vein-y' manner on the mozzarella. Place half an olive in the center of the pesto.
  5. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes.
