Baked Sausage and Potatoes

  • 1 pkg 2 links Turkey Sausage - I use Butterball everyday hardwood smoked - sliced
  • 6-8 potatoes scrubbed and diced
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • Fiesta Uncle Chris Gourmet Steak Seasoning to taste
  • 1 can of veggies green beans, peas, etc, drained - optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°
  2. In a 9x13 baking dish, drizzle olive oil .
  3. Slice the turkey sausage and throw it on top of the olive oil.
  4. Dice the potatoes and throw them in on top of the sausage.
  5. If you are going to add veggies, drain the can and throw them in on top of the sausage.
  6. Add seasoning.
  7. Cover tightly with foil.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
  9. ENJOY!
