Dinner Menu {July 1-6}

The kids and I are back from vacation and trying to find our regular routine again – here is this week’s

Dinner (and lunch) Menu for Sunday, July 1 – Friday July 6:

Sunday:

  • {Out for after-church lunch!}
  • Egg Salad on Crackers

Monday:  

  • Fish Sticks with Mac & Cheese and Broccoli
  • Tacos  

Tuesday:  

  • Tortellini Salad
  • French Toast with Ham & Eggs

Wednesday:  

  • {Out – 4th of July parade BBQ plates!}
  • Burgers!

Thursday:

  • Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups with Carrots
  • Chicken Tortilla Bake
Friday: 
  • Leftovers
  • Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Dinner Menu {June 17-21}

I know it’s been awhile (… two months?) since my last Dinner Menu post, but I am back at it!

Summer is here, so I’ll be including lunch in my menus until August!  Also, this week’s menu is ending early because they kids and I are going on vacation!  Vacation means I will probably not post the dinner menu for next week, just a head’s up! ;)

Dinner Menu for Sunday, June 17 – Thursday June 21:

Sunday:

  • {Out for Father’s Day lunch!}
  • Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes (toppings to include diced lunch meat, cheese, bacon, etc.)

Monday:  

  • Ham & Eggs
  • Tacos  

Tuesday:  

  • Turkey Wraps
  • Baked Potato Soup (using the left over potatoes from Sunday)

Wednesday:  

  • Fish Sticks and Mac & Cheese
  • Chicken Breast with Butter and Herb Sauce

Thursday:

  • Corn Dog Casserole
  • French Toast with Ham

Tuesday:  Waffles 

Wednesday:  Bacon & Cheese Quiche

Thursday: Deep Dish Chicken Cordon Bleu

Friday:  Chicken Pasta (Slow Cooker)
