I absolutely love photo gifts because they are made just for the person I am buying for! My struggle is picking which gift is right for the recipient. I mean, do I buy my mother-in-law a photo calendar, coasters or a photo blanket?! How do I make the RIGHT decision with so many great options?

So, when MailPix.com asked if I would review my choice of items, I immediately said YES! After browsing for quite some time, I decided on photo magnets and (3) glass cutting boards. When I placed my order, MailPix was offering 100 free 4×6 prints, so I took advantage of that as well!

My Thoughts:

I love, love, LOVE the photo magnets!! The colors are brilliant. The magnet is strong. It’s the perfect (yet inexpensive) gift for Grandparents!!
I adore the glass cutting boards! (I don’t know if I’ll actually cut anything on it though!)
My husband asked why I didn’t get a family photo on the cutting board. My answer: “Uh, wouldn’t it be weird to chop veggies on our faces?!”
That said, all three of mine have a “Made in China” sticker on the front of the board and when I peeled it off, it left a really sticky spot on the board. (I am sure it’ll come off over time, but I have only washed them once.)
The photo prints & magnets were mailed in one box and the cutting boards in another.
The cutting boards were well-wrapped in the box they came in.
Shipping is much higher than I thought it would be. (If I recall correctly, it was about $40 in shipping for my order.)
