Dinner Menu for Sunday, March 4 – Friday, March 9:
I feel like things are getting stale. I have been making the same things for the last few weeks – so I am going to switch things up and make some new things from my Pinterest Food! board!
Sunday: Spaghetti and Meatballs (You can find my meatball recipe here.) with salad
Monday: “OMG Chicken”, Green Beans and Noodles
Tuesday: Country Oven-Fried Ravioli, Peas and Corn
Wednesday: Shredded Beef Tacos
Thursday: Bacon Pancakes with Strawberries, Bananas and Pineapple
Friday: Grilled Burgers, Green Beans and Roasted Potatoes
Do you know what I love about this weekly dinner menu? It holds me accountable! I actually make what I set out to make – even though it might not be on the set day. I think I might have to start adding breakfast and lunch to the menu!!
What are you making for dinner this week?

I love that you are posting the recipes here! Great inspiration for me.
Sounds like a great week of dinners. We eat tacos one every week or so and they are a hit in our house. I agree with writing your menu down for the week keeps you accountable. I find when our menu is written down Melinda is more likely to make dinner every night which means we eat out less. Thanks for sharing.
We love tacos – I usually make a taco salad, though.
Hi Sara!!
I am about to fearfully click on the link for bacon pancakes. It sounds like something that I will like so much that I will hate you for introducing it to me. But, I trust you. We have GOT to get invited to another blogger event at the same time!
I actually haven’t made those bacon pancakes yet, so hopefully they are as awesome as they sound!! And, YES!! we HAVE to go to another blogger event together – and SOON!!!!
Last night I made a Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie (http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/cheesy-chicken-pot-pie-114144.aspx) and it was really good and a nice change. I changed it up a bit and used a little extra veggies and 3 cans of soup so it wouldn’t be so dry. I think next time though I’ll boil my veggies first or used canned veggies instead as they were a little tough.
That looks tasty!
